National Kappa League Leadership Conference
The National Guide Right Commission holds a student leadership forum during the Fraternity’s biennial Grand Chapter Meeting. It is a two day project-based leadership training session for high school students. The focus is on leadership, group dynamics, project management, social media, mental health awareness and STEM.
Northeastern Province Kappa League Leadership Conference
The Northeastern Province Kappa League Leadership Conference is held annually by the Northeastern Province of Kappa Alpha Psi. The students in attendance enjoy meeting other area Kappa Leaguers, participating in interactive workshops on networking, leadership, debt free college planning sessions and special presentations from notable Kappa members.

Kappa Akademy was developed to stimulate early interest in technology based fields of study in young boys by providing them exposure to applied science, math, and technology.
