Guide Right School Engagement
In the fall of 2019, the AAA Kappa Guide Right Program through the Krimson Foundation, began working directly with targeted Eastern Montgomery County PA area high schools and their superintendents and principals to provide onsite mentoring within the schools to better accommodate their overall needs and challenges with minority students.  This monthly collaboration was determined by the school district officials as a means to decrease the achievement gap for minorities, in particular African-American male students, while increasing overall Guide Right recruitment and retention in the high schools through 2030.
With this continued partnership, the Krimson Foundation can effectively assist the needs of both the schools and the students through mentoring, gaining visibility and access to their service area/community, as well as participating on targeted racial/equity committees.

Kappa Akademy
